About the Program
The AACD's Professional Education Committee (PEC) is adding the final touches to a scientific program designed to elevate the clinical skills of all dental professional attendees. Throughout the week, scientific session attendees learn the latest advancements in cosmetic dentistry through a variety of mediums intended to provide an in-depth, revolutionized learning experience. Emerging technologies, new clinical techniques, team-based courses and practice management strategies are the basis for the world’s premier cosmetic dental continuing education (CE) event.

Course Selection
Advance registration is now open for the 26th Annual AACD Scientific Session and will close on April 9, 2010. Course selection begins online Friday, December 4, 2009. We highly encourage you to pre-select courses in advance, as you must be registered for each specific course you plan to attend on-site.

Continuing Education Credits
AACD scientific session attendees are eligible to obtain certified CE credits for their participation in the 26th Annual AACD Scientific Session. The AACD is a recognized by the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the National Association of Dental Laboratories as a CE credit provider.

Innovative Platforms for Learning
Large-scale lectures offer a multi-disciplinary approach to continuing education and a broad perspective on evolving treatment techniques in cosmetic dentistry. AACD’s array of in-depth hands-on workshops (available to eligible attendees) are traditionally the courses most highly demanded at the annual scientific sessions. Materials and supplies are provided through corporate support. Attendees work one-on-one with esteemed educators along side their colleagues. Additional unique platforms for learning have been added to the 2010 annual scientific session.
