Colt Munchoff
Wednesday, April 29, 2009
8:00 am - 9:15 am
Join your AACD friends and colleagues for an inspiring morning
with Colt Munchoff as he shares his personal story. As a result of an automobile accident, Colt suffered a serious head injury
and permanent paralysis to the left side of his body that restricts
movement in his arm and fingers. Once owner of The Beach
House, a restaurant located in California, Colt struggled with
the most simplistic kitchen tasks. In a moment of frustration after
the accident, Colt
asked himself, what
do other people
do? How do they
cope? The answers
to these questions
created the focus
for his next venture
in culinary arts.
Colt inspires us to accelerate forward
both personally and
professionally even
in times of tragedy.
